KwikTag's Partner-Driven AI

The future of AP automation in the cloud

“At KwikTag, we’re not only Partner-friendly,  we’re  Partner-driven,” says Mary Miller –and she means it.

Mary  is  KwikTag’s  director  of marketing and channel programs.  KwikTag, which was acquired by enChoice, Inc. in 2018, delivers a cloud-based,  AI-driven  accounts payable (AP) automation system.  Partners  make  up  most  of  the company’s  business,  and  Mary says she doesn’t take that lightly.

“Not for one minute,” she emphasizes.

Since its creation as a document management  solution  in  1997, KwikTag has evolved in tandem with Dynamics, using its Microsoft Partners’ recommendations as a guiding light.  In fact, KwikTag was the first document management  system  embedded  across the gamut of Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems.

KwikTag  plans  to  continue  enhancing  its  AP  automation  service, which includes optical character recognition (OCR), powered by machine learning.  Specifically, Mary says the organization also intends to focus development on AP Automation for Business Central.

“Everybody’s finally moving in the same  direction,” she  explains.  “Previously, you had to make the decision  to  go  down  a  GP,  SL, NAV  or  AX  path  depending  on how big your practice was.  Now, we’re  all  making  this big  move toward the cloud.”

By  moving to the cloud, KwikTag has  positioned itself  to better meet  its core tenet  of  being “Partner-driven,” Mary says.  As customers leverage KwikTag, AI will learn what they want and begin to predict what they will need in the future.

“(Right now, the system is) probably as smart as we like to think we are, and it’ll learn a lot faster,” says Mary.

In  the  rapidly-growing  Partner ecosystem, KwikTag is poised to lead the way.
